These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Vanta Research Labs website, products, content, and ordering services. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
Research Use Only
All products offered by Vanta Research Labs are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research purposes only. Products are not intended for veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, food use, drug use, cosmetic use, household use, or personal use.
You agree that products will be handled only by qualified individuals in an appropriate research setting and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Customer Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are qualified, trained, and authorized to purchase and handle research-use-only materials.
- You will not use any product for veterinary administration, personal use, or any non-research purpose.
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- You are not purchasing on behalf of any person or entity prohibited from receiving these products.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Receipt of an order confirmation does not mean that an order has been accepted. Vanta Research Labs may accept, refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, prohibited, or inconsistent with these Terms.
If an order is canceled before shipment, any eligible payment will be refunded according to the applicable payment processor's rules. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the no-return policy below.
Shipping Policy
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping is offered by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 1-3 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Vanta Research Labs is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information, carrier issues, weather, customs, legal restrictions, or events outside our control.
No-Return Policy
Due to batch integrity, storage requirements, quality-control concerns, contamination risk, and research-use handling standards, all sales are final after shipment. Shipped products are not eligible for return.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate response at our discretion.
Batch Verification and COA Information
Vanta Research Labs may provide Certificates of Analysis, batch information, purity targets, and product documentation for research transparency. COAs and batch documents are provided for informational purposes and do not create a warranty beyond the written terms provided with the product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all documentation and determining whether a product is appropriate for their lawful research use.
Intellectual Property
The Vanta Research Labs name, logos, product images, website design, text, graphics, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Vanta Research Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, content, products, and documentation are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vanta Research Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanta Research Labs and its owners, representatives, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for misuse of products, improper storage, unlawful handling, lost profits, data loss, carrier delay, or third-party conduct.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By using this website, you agree that any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
